Notable Clients

Phil and I have been working together for the past three years. We started working together right after he turned Pro at the 2005 USAs. Currently we are preparing for his first Mr. Olympia. 

Bill and I have worked together since 2003.  We are currently working on his off-season in preparation for the 2009 season.

Kevin English and Hany started working together for the 2009 NY Pro 202 lb and under division.  He is a great competitor that is as mentally strong as he is physically and has a great team that helps him do what he loves.  He won the NY Pro against some tough contenders like David Henry and Ed Correa, now he is preparing to bring his best at the 2009 Olympia. It has been truly a pleasure to have Kevin on Team FST-7 this year.

Fouad and Hany started working together this year to prepare for the 2009 Tampa Pro where Fouad placed 2nd to Dennis James and qualified for the 2009 Olympia. Currently Fouad and Hany have chosen to sit this Olympia out and make some big improvements for next year!

However, word on the street is that he cannot stop eating...

Ben and Hany started working together earlier in the 2009 year to prepare for Ben's pro debut where he placed 3rd to Fouad Abiad and Dennis James at the Tampa Pro.  Currently they are doing an off-season program and trying to make improvements for the next show.

Ed "Second to None" Nunn and Hany started working together after the 2008 USA's for the 2008 National's where Nunn won the overall title and earned his pro card.  He made his pro debut at the 2009 Europa and had a great showing.  Hany and Ed are currently working on putting on more size and discussing which show to enter next.
