I am very proud to have made the top three and my two competitors were stiff competition to say the least. Even though I won the votes, it was not enough to take first place BUT I am still thrilled with my results. Not only did I get in great shape myself, I was able to use the FST-7 principles to train one of my clients for her fist bodybuilding contest. Hany has devolved a winning formula that when put into practice is the BEST, and needless to say she won the overall and every title at the show. (Way to Go shelbsassy)
I will continue using the the training methods I learned to reach my goals on the figure stage and teach others about FST-7 and EVO. I am a huge fan of Hany and Jay and now their products too so this is not the end it is just the beginning for me!

Good question Danielle! Right now I am waiting to find out if I will continue training with Hany or go another route. I have two small children and work two jobs but I have a dream, goal and desire...now if I could just work out the money and time issue.
